Ranch in La Cerrazón 140 ha Location: La Cerrazón is three kilometers away from the city of Pando in the department of Canelones in Uruguay. The distance to Montevideo is about 40 kilometers (30 minutes). The estate is located on the creek ‘Pardo’. It is 700 meters away from the national road n° 8 and disposes of a private lane system. Description: At the moment the estate is used for the breed of horses, cattle, sheep and German shepherd dogs. The soil is very fertile (black earth with an average coneat-index of 158). It inclines lowly in direction to the creek. There are different especies of trees on the estate. Some of them are more than 100 years old (cypresses, pines, palms...).
